FAQs

Here are some common questions we get asked about magicplan's Partner Program.

How exactly does the program work?

1) Sign Up

To join the program, you need to:

- Have/work in an active business.
- Be approved and vetted by magicplan (if you are not a magicplan member)
- Agree to the guidelines of the program

2) Share Links, promote magicplan, and refer new customers.

3) Start registering deals and get paid for your hard work.
How will you get paid? For all new deals closed with a referred customer who was not a previous magicplan customer and has subscribed to any annual magicplan Sketch, Report, or Estimate license, the referred partner will earn a commission on the year 1 license fees from that sale.
How much and how often do you get paid?

The commission for each new annual license will depend on the number of licenses sold during the quarter.

We will consolidate the numbers of new magicplan subscribers and payments of Referred Customers every quarter. The start of each quarter will be determined by the Effective Date of the Agreement, and the commission payments will be made to the Partner not later than fifteen (15) working days following the calendar quarter in which the fees are collected from the Referred Customer. 
How do we track your referrals?

We’ll provide you with a unique code and landing page you can share with prospects. You can also refer us customers, directly. We’ll also share content and other info that you can share with your prospects and within your network!
What assistance and resources do we provide?

By becoming a magicplan partner, you will have access to all our marketing resources to educate customers and drive leads. We will provide you with training materials to help you expand your knowledge base and demonstrate your expertise with the magicplan app.

You will also gain direct access to our support team for any questions or concerns about the product.
